FrugalGals.net posted that Walmart might have dropped their price on 5 pack 100 page composition books to $0.40. That's an amazing price! I use these to make out my lists for shopping. I like that I can still write on them when I'm at the store and I don't need a clipboard.

I've started saving great school items like this for my children. It's years till they start but toss the stuff in a big plastic bin and when it comes time to start you'll be a step ahead. They also make for cheap coloring books!
